1.Honey and Lemon Juice with Water:
•1 glass of water
•1 table spoon of honey
•1 table spoon of lemon juice
Take a glass of lukewarm water and add 1 tablespoon of honey and a teaspoon of lemon juice to it. Drink this mixture every morning immediately after you wake up from the bed.
2.BOTTLE GOURD, MINT LEAVES AND BASIL LEAVES
•1 glass of bottle gourd juice
•1 table spoon of mint leaves juice
•1 table spoon of basil leaves juice •Take a glass of bottle gourd juice.
•Therein add some juice of mint leaves and basil leaves(crush those leaves to make a juice) and Mix well.

•Take a bowl of cabbage either raw or boiled
•Eat this before your lunch to burn the fat
•Both red and green cabbage can prove to be beneficial for weight loss. Cabbage is able to retain its qualities when cooked minimally.
•1 teaspoon of green tea
•Peeled and finely chopped 1/2 inch of fresh ginger root, OR ½ teaspoon of ground ginger
•A cup of fresh water
•Optional – Raw or organic honey.
Place green tea and ginger in a utensil and pour a cup of boiling water. Soaking green tea for too long can make the taste bitter, so don’t leave it for more than 3-4 minutes. Then add freshly squeezed lemon juice to it .You can mix a little raw honey if you really need to sweeten the taste, but you should avoid any milk or sugar. Drink 1-2 cups daily on an empty stomach.
5.APPLE CIDE VINEGAR
2 table spoon of ACV
Add 2 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar in ¾ cups of water. Mix it well.
Drink this at least three times a day to see visible results.
