How To Get A Flat Stomach

Eat 5/6 small meals a day instead of 3 big meals.
Don’t eat 2 hours before you go to sleep.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
Do 100-300 abdominal exercises a day try and vary them (crunches,planks etc).
Do 30 minutes of cardio workouts 5/6 times a week.
Include plyometrics in exercises (jumping jacks, cartwheels, squat-thrust-push-ups).
Get at least 8 hours sleep
Eat more fruit and vegetables.
Cut down on the junk food.
Eat raw foods, it keeps you feeling full for longer.
Will power and perseverance.
